- Flexible Scheduling: Work is scheduled by El Contractor to fill our seasonal calendar gaps—this helps keep costs low for you.
- Service Activation: The first service is booked after one-third (4 months) of your total plan has been paid.

- Plan Duration: The subscription term is 12 months. Services must be used within this time.
- Payment Terms:
- Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- The first service may be delivered once 1/3 of the total annual amount is paid.
- Service Scheduling:
- Services are scheduled by El Contractor to optimize workforce and availability.
- You will receive advanced notice of your service dates.
- Service Substitution:
- Clients may substitute selected services with available alternatives of similar value (e.g., handyman tasks, carpet cleaning).
- Changes must be requested at least 14 days in advance of service dates.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Early termination fees may apply.
- Warranty:
- All services include workmanship guarantees aligned with our professional standards and membership organizations.
- Communication:
- Clients will receive updates and reminders via email, SMS, and post (including our Property Culture Magazine).
- Client Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear access to property and services areas on agreed dates.
- Communicate any changes in property condition or service requirements in advance.
